Refund policy
We understand that sometimes things just don't work out, and you need to return or exchange an item. If your items are still in their original condition, you can return them within 30 days. Please review the exceptions to this policy below:
- Items marked as 'Final Sale' are non-returnable.
- Socks can be returned only if they are sealed in their original packaging.
- Personalised items are not eligible for return.
To qualify for a full refund on eligible returns, all items must be returned unworn, unused, and in the same condition you received them, along with their original packaging. If an item is returned damaged, worn, or in an unsuitable condition, we cannot issue a refund. All items will be inspected upon return.
